2026 Board Election and Budget Vote
This year marks another exciting step forward as Deer Valley Estates introduces ElectionBuddy, a secure online voting system that provides a completely anonymous voting process.
Voting Instructions
Each lot owner will receive one electronic ballot by email.
If multiple email addresses are associated with your lot, you may receive this notification at more than one address; however, only one vote may be cast per lot. Once a ballot has been submitted for a lot, no additional votes for that lot will be accepted.
Please watch for an email on July 18th with the subject line:
“Vote Now: Deer Valley Estates POA – Board of Directors”

Board of Directors Election & Budget
The membership will elect directors to fill two Board positions. The current terms of Les Kole and Jamie McElman are expiring. On behalf of the Board and the community, we thank Les and Jamie for their service and dedication to Deer Valley Estates.
The membership will also vote on the 2026-2027 Association Budget
Whether you are able to attend the Annual Meeting or not, I encourage every property owner to cast their vote. Your participation helps guide the future of our community.
Voting will begin on Saturday July 18th at 9:30 AM and remain open until Thursday July 30th at 10:00PM, Official election results will be revealed during the Annual Meeting on August 1.
